Again she was lifted on the bull’s back, and after she had ridden far, and farer than I can tell, they came in sight o’ a far bonnier castle, and far farther awa’ than the last. Says the bull till her: “Yonder we maun be the night, for my second brither lives yonder”; and they were at the place directly. Colby’s Book of the American Pit Bull Terrier. I like this book because it shows the rich history of the American Pit Bull Terrier. Specifically this particular line of the breed dating back well over years. One of the best things about this book is the pictures.

The Story of Ferdinand by Munro Leaf Drawings by Robert Lawson Once upon a time in Spain there was a little bull and his name was Ferdinand. All the other little bulls he lived with would run and jump and butt their heads together, but not Ferdinand. He liked to sit just quietly and smell the flowers.   The Green Bull (a Wandering Koala tale) by Jeff Thomason. Wandering Koala Tales (Book 7) Thanks for Sharing! Students will love reading The Story of Ferdinand, the tale of a bull who follows his heart to find happiness. This classic children's book will allow you to explore themes of diversity and individuality.   Parents need to know that The Story of Ferdinand is a warmhearted, charming story of a bull who prefers smelling flowers to fighting. Munro Leaf's gentle, timeless tale, coupled with Robert Lawson's expressive pen-and-ink drawings showing Ferdinand's sweet personality, have made Ferdinand a true classic. It's also available as a board book, and 5/5.

I received this book as an advance readers copy (ARC) in exchange for my review. I will start by saying that this book is very unique. It retells the story of the minotaur in poetic form, featuring Posieden as the narrator who outlines the causes of the myth, as well as the in-between parts of the tale.

At first I wasnt too sure about this book/5.
